Career Center
The BDPA Career Center is a free service that offers our members access to career coaching, resume posting, skills development opportunities, peer support and other resources. We also provide forums and special interest groups that further advance members’ career development.
IMS Institute Training & Scholarship Program
Through a special program with IMS Institutes, BDPA members can attend online interactive courses in various areas of IT and receive industry-recognized training certification. An IMS-underwritten scholarship program makes it possible to offer this program to the broadest possible range of members, regardless of their financial circumstances.
ITSMF Executive Protégé Program (EPP)
This program is sponsored by the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) for our members who are interested in moving to executive-level careers within the IT industry. The goal of the program is t o fill the pipeline with the next generation of IT senior managers of color.
Annual National BDPA Conference
The Annual National BDPA Conference not only provides great networking and peer relationship building opportunities for hundreds of professionals, but it also is a wonderful learning environment. A full slate of workshops and seminars conducted by leaders in their respective fields help members improve their skills and increase their business acumen.
