BDPA has delivered project management course training at the annual National BDPA Technology Conference each year since 2006. The course training is either in the form of a two-day PMP® exam preparation course or several project management 1-2 hour seminars taught by PMP®'s on entry level or advanced project management topics. These seminars are eligible for PDUs. Some examples of these are Balanced Scorecard and Project Management, Six Sigma and Project Management, Excellent in Program Management, Risk Management: The Key to Project Success, IT Portfolio Management, Agile Project Management and others.
BDPA will also be delivering project management courses beginning Fall 2006 through the BDPA IT Institute in partnership with Auburn University through it's distance learning facility. The first course offering is Project Management Professional Certification Preparation and is a 14-week course preparing those candidates who will soon sit for the PMP® Exam.
